Recognising the gaps in current care services, Pathways Day Care was founded having experienced first hand, the long waiting lists and inadequate resources some of our family members faced. We want to change that by providing accessible and equitable services that all can access. Our highly trained staff work closely with residents to create tailored plans that promote personal growth, emotional well-being, and lifelong learning. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for people with autism and complex needs, in a safe, nurturing environment. Our mission is to empower each individual to lead a fulfilling, independent life through personalised programs that focus on skills development, social engagement, and daily living activities. At the core of our care is a focus on independence and stimulation. We offer a wide range of activities and learning opportunities designed to encourage and stimulate communication, social skills, and in some cases, self-sufficiency. Whether through relaxation therapy, vocational training, recreational therapy or life skills coaching, we strive to create an environment where every resident feels valued, capable, and empowered.
