Recognising the gaps in current care services, Pathways Day Care was founded having experienced first hand, the long waiting lists and inadequate resources some of our family members faced. We want to change that by providing accessible and equitable services that all can access. Our highly trained staff work closely with residents to create tailored plans that promote personal growth, emotional well-being, and lifelong learning.
